Labinsk district presents a large investment project in the processing industry

The municipality offers to implement a project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing aerated concrete blocks.

The presented investment project provides for the organization of the construction of an enterprise for manufacturing aerated autoclaved concrete blocks in Labinsk city of Krasnodar region. According to the forecasts, the projected capacity of the plant will make 220 thousand cubic meters per year. The project is meant for the construction organizations. The products will be also of demand among private developers.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 229.72 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 84 new jobs.

A land plot of 20,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Labinsk city (southern industrial area). There is a local road (0.2 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk city – Labinsk city – Upornaya Cossack village" is 2 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Labinsk city is 5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 200 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Labinskaya is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 200 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 180 km.
