Labinsk district presents a mega-project in the consumer sector

The municipality offers to implement an investment project for establishment of a logistics center.

Within the framework of the project an enterprise for managing, planning and monitoring of transportation, warehousing, handling and other processes performed in course of delivering the goods, raw materials and various materials to the shopping and production enterprises will be set up. The projected capacity of the logistics center will make 180,000 cubic meters. Primarily, the project is meant for enterprises and entrepreneurs of Labinsk and neighboring districts.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 326.89 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 146 new jobs.

A land plot of 50,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Labinsk city. There is a local road (0.1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "access to Maykop from the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Labinsk city is 3 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 200 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Labinskaya is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 200 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 180 km.
