Labinsk district presents a project on the construction of a hotel complex

The entrepreneurs are offered to invest into a project on the construction of a hotel-tourist complex.

It is expected to implement the investment project in the Akhmetovskaya Cossack village of Labinsk district of Krasnodar region. As forecasted, a hotel-tourist complex providing services to the travelers will be built here within one year. In particular, tourists will be provided hotel, excursion services, aqua-park, saunas and steam house and biking services. It is expected that the projected capacity will reach 33,270 man/days, 4,680 hours. The main consumers of the complex services will be residents of Labinsk district and Krasnodar region as well as guests from other regions of Russia. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 152.89 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 33 new jobs.

A land plot of 30,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Akhmetovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road with asphalt (0.02km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Akhmetovskaya Cossack village" is 8 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Labinsk city is 80 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 280 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Labinskaya is 84 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 280 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 260 km.
