Labinsk district presents an agrarian investment project
The investors are offered to implement a project on the construction of a greenhouse facility.
As envisaged by the investment project, a greenhouse facility will be organized in the Krasnyi settlement of Krasnodar region. It will include: greenhouses from metal frame light structures, ancillary structures, site for sorting and temporary storage of finished products, ancillary structures for storage of inventory and fertilizers. As forecasted, the projected capacity of the greenhouse will make more than 12,332 tons of vegetables per year. The investment project is meant for shopping companies, households and public catering enterprises of Krasnodar region, Rostov region and the Republic of Adygea.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 230.94 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 100 new jobs.
A land plot of 100,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Krasnyi settlement. There is a local roads (0.2 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk city – Labinsk city – Upornaya Cossack village" is 10 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Labinsk city is 40 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 240 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Labinskaya is 40 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 240 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 220 km.
