Labinsk district presents a profitable project in the construction sector
The municipality offers the investors to contribute financially to a project on the construction of an artificial stone production shop.
As planned, within the investment project the production of a sheet stone and facing stone of 140,184 sq.m. per year will be organized. It is anticipated to sell these products in Krasnodar region and it is also planned to conquer the sales markets in neighboring districts.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 91.91 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 35 new jobs.
A land plot of 10,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Labinsk city, north industrial zone. There is a local road (0.05km), there. The distance to the federal highway «Аccess to Maykop from the highway «Kavkaz» is 2 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 200 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Labinskaya is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 200 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 180 km.
